Starting April 7, 2021, Malayan Bank Savings and Mortgage Bank will be implementing new cash withdrawal and balance inquiry fees for non-Malayan Bank Issued cards using Malayan Bank ATM’s

*Please note that these additional fees are on top of the other that your Bank may charge.
The withdrawal fee shall automatically be deducted from your account together with the amount withdrawn, while the balance inquiry fee will be shown as a separate debit amount.
The said fees will be displayed on the ATM screen with the option to cancel transaction.

Beginning April 7, 2021, Malayan Bank cardholders transacting with another bank’s ATM will be charged of withdrawal fee based on the acquiring bank’s set service fee. Withdrawal fees may vary from one bank to the other.
The set-up fee will be indicated on the ATM confirmation screen and will give cardholders chance to cancel the transaction.

In compliance with the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act, Malayan Bank will grant a one-time
60-day grace period to Home Loan / Auto Loan / Motorcyle Loan / Personal Loan clients whose loans are on CURRENT status as of September 14, 2020. There will be no penalties / fees incurred during the grace period.

Please note, though, that after the 60-day grace period, your principal and accrued interest should be paid in full or on staggered basis until December 31, 2020.
